City of Camrose Toilet Rebate Program

We are offering this rebate to encourage everyone to increase their water conservation. The toilet is one of the largest water users in the household. Toilets can contribute up to 30% of total indoor consumption in residential homes. Reducing a toilets usage goes a long way.

If your home, business, or institution has an older toilet that uses 10 litres or more per flush, we will provide a rebate when you replace that toilet with one that uses 6 litres or less per flush, and has a Maximum Performance (MaP) score of 800g or more (MaP score is a measure of how much mass a toilet can flush in one go).

If you are unsure the toilet you want will meet these requirements, please contact the business you plan on purchasing from.

The rebate will be $70 for one toilet. If you are replacing more toilets, you can also receive a 25% rebate for the cost of each extra toilet (up to a maximum of $50 per extra toilet).

We offer this program to anyone with a water account with the City of Camrose. This includes residents, businesses, and institutions who apply during the program run.

For any residents outside of Camrose city limits connected to the Camrose water supply, please contact Camrose County or The Village of Bittern Lake to ask about any toilet rebates they may have.
